On Thursday, April 9, PALI Group was pleased to organize the annual day trip for the members of VBK (Belgian Association of Veal Farmers). With a group of over 100 participants, it was an inspiring and above all enjoyable day.
The day started in Oud-Turnhout (Belgium), where the guests were welcomed at the PALI Group checkpoint. After an informative presentation, the participants were given a behind-the-scenes look at the company’s own EU-approved checkpoint.
The group then traveled to Etten-Leur for a visit to the modern rosé veal farm of the Rommens family. In a relaxed atmosphere and sunny weather, everyone enjoyed a delicious BBQ featuring veal, of course.
The day concluded with a visit to the brand-new veal farm of the Van der Doelen family in Vinkel. Here, the participants were introduced to an innovative housing system equipped with emission-reducing measures and various modern technologies.
We look back on a highly successful day during which knowledge was shared and many new impressions were gained.
